Our Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Superdog London! By booking our classes or private sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  
GENERAL
1. Training Approach:  
  • All training provided by Superdog London is based on positive reinforcement methods. No aversive tools or techniques are used or permitted in our sessions.  
2. Health and Safety:  
  • Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations appropriate to their age and lifestyle before attending classes or private sessions.  
  • Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is fit and healthy to participate.  
  • Any behavioral issues, health conditions, or injuries must be disclosed before booking to ensure suitability.  
3. Owner Responsibility:  
  • Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior during the session and must supervise their dog at all times. Superdog London is not liable for injuries or damages caused by your dog to other dogs, people, or property during the session.  
OUTDOOR CLASSES
1. Weather Policy:  
  • Classes will take place outdoors unless severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, storms, or extreme cold) makes it unsafe or impractical.  
  • If an outdoor class cannot proceed due to weather, the session will be moved to Zoom. You will receive a link and any necessary materials before the session.  
2. Attendance:  
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead during group classes unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.  
  • Please arrive on time to ensure the class runs smoothly. Late arrivals may not be able to join if it disrupts the session.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
1. Cancellation Policy:  
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.  
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.  
GROUP CLASSES
1. Cancellation Policy:  
  • Cancellations for group classes must be made at least two weeks in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.  
  • Cancellations made within two weeks of the class start date are non-refundable.  
 
2. Missed Classes:  
  • Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.  
PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.  
2. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or sessions without prior notice as outlined in the cancellation policy.  
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Aggressive behavior (from dogs or owners) will not be tolerated. Any dog displaying aggression may be asked to leave the session, and no refund will be given.  
2. Respect for other attendees, their dogs, and the trainer is expected at all times.  
LIABILITY

Superdog London takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe training environment. However, attendance is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to any person, dog, or property during training sessions.  

CHANGES OF TERMS

Superdog London reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be shared via email or on our website.
